I think that the Venus Factor is the best weight loss program I have seen and I’ve tried and investigated most of them.
The reason that I like it is because it is doable for anyone who needs to lose weight. It’s not so intense that you need to be a Navy Seal to complete.
It focuses on resistance workouts which are the best types of exercises to burn fat. Resistance>cardio any day.
But there are a few ways to improve the Venus Factor and get even better results which I’ll share with you below.
1.) Combine it with intermittent fasting.
The Venus Factor gives you a great workout program to follow and a fantastic diet plan to follow and even tells you how many calories to eat but if you combine this with the Eat Stop Eat way of intermittent fasting then you will lose weight a lot faster.
Intermittent fasting is when you take a 16-24 hour break from eating a couple times per week to reduce your calories. You can even workout while fasting to get even better result.
2.) Supplement with a fat burner
Unfortunately when it comes to losing weight it means we need to eat less and therefore our energy levels will be lower and losing weight becomes a struggle.
A good fat burner such as Phen375 will do amazing things. First off it will give you an energy boost which is especially helpful for working out.
Next it will stop you from feeling hungry as it is an appetite suppressant so it will help you to stop snacking. This is especially helpful if you are fasting and not eating.
And lastly Phen375 as a fat burner helps you burn 10-20% more calories more than normal with it’s fat burning ingredients.
Also don’t forget that it’s important to drink lots of water, 2 big bottles per day.

So although I think the Venus Factor is great and you could use it by itself to lose weight I think that if you want to lose weight a lot faster then you can do that by combining it with Eat Stop Eat and Phen375. But be warned this will be turbocharge fat loss and you probably shouldn’t do something as intense as this for longer than 4-6 weeks.
