It’s so important to try to eat healthily these days. Pretty much all of our food unless you buy organic contains man made chemicals and pesticides.
We’ve pretty much become a nation of chemical eaters. Even apples are covered in chemicals and pesticides. It’s amazing that we’re still alive.
If you can’t afford to buy all organic food then here’s 3 foods that you need to make sure that you never eat forever, even if you’re not trying to lose weight.
1.) White Bread – Not only is white bread high in calories but it’s also high in carbs. They have a high glycemic index which increases your insulin levels and causes inflammation. This causes weight gain, faster aging and even acne. So stay away from white bread. In fact it’s healthier to just stay away from all bread. It’s something we can definitely live without.
2.) Fizzy & Sweet Drinks – You may not know it but a single little can of coke has 9 grams of sugar in it. Pretty much all of these fizzy and sweet drinks have tons of sugar in them. They’re really bad for you.
And you may think that diet coke or coke zero are ok to drink because they don’t contain as much sugar or any at all but these are really bad for you too because they are loaded with artificial sweeteners.
3.) All Junk Food – If it’s made in a factory then it’s not real food. If you really want to lose weight and be healthy then you need to cut out all junk food. This means sweets, popcorn, chocolate, toffee, biscuits and everything in between.
It’s time to start putting good food into your body. If it doesn’t grow from the ground or come the sea then avoid it.
