It’s time to get fit and healthy!
I started this site because I just love health and fitness and learning new ways to improve ones health.
I also like to write so I thought why not start a blog and write some stuff down, it may even help some people.
When I’m not working or writing I just love to;
- Go hiking and exploring the great out doors.
- Relax with a book.
- Chill with the family.
- Drink wine. 🙂

In the short time that the Skinny Express has been online we have grown from nothing to over 500 visitors per day.

- Intermittent fasting
I love intermittent fasting because it really works to burn fat fast.
And I love to talk about exercise because it’s something we must do if we want to look and feel better.
I can’t tell you how bad I feel if I go a week without doing some sort of intense exercise.
My philosophy on health and fitness is to try and be as natural as possible.
I try to only eat real food that hasn’t been made or processed in a factory.
It can be more expensive going organic but you will really notice a difference in your health.
