It’s time to get fit and healthy!

My name is Emily Walker and I started this site because I just love health and fitness and learning new ways to improve ones health.

I also like to write so I thought why not start a blog and write some stuff down, it may even help some people.

I work as a nurse so I tend to do most of my writing when I get home or on the weekend.

This can be tough sometimes as I’m too tired to write because I walk around 10 miles per day as a nurse!

When I’m not working or writing I just love to;

  • Go hiking and exploring the great out doors.
  • Relax with a book.
  • Cook.
  • Chill with the family.
  • Drink wine. 🙂

Most of the articles on here are written by me.

But I do allow others to write on this website sometimes so you’ll find that not all the posts on SkinnyExpress as written by me.

And if you like to write and have a good idea for an article then contact me and let me know!

There are some reviews on the website that are written by people who have tried the product and I ask them to write for me.

I think reviews really help people that are thinking of buying something so it’s great to get a detailed insight from someone who has used the product.

I would say that 80% of content on the SkinnyExpress is written by me.

In the short time that the Skinny Express has been online we have grown from nothing to over 500 visitors per day.

For some reason Chloe’s Phen375 review seems to be getting the most visitors because I think it’s a popular product.

The main topics I’ll be focusing on are;

I love intermittent fasting because it really works to burn fat fast. One of the best programs we have found on intermittent fasting is called Eat Stop Eat and you can read our review here.

And I love to talk about exercise because it’s something we must do if we want to look and feel better.

I can’t tell you how bad I feel if I go a week without doing some sort of intense exercise.

Another one of our most popular pages is the review on Phenq that was posted recently. I found the reviewer on a forum and she graciously shared her results.

If you’re looking for a way to burn fat fast then another program that came onto our radar recently was the 3 Week Diet and Maggie was kind enough to write a review of it.

My philosophy on health and fitness is to try and be as natural as possible.

I try to only eat real food that hasn’t been made or processed in a factory.

It can be more expensive going organic but you will really notice a difference in your health.
