One of the things I get asked a lot about the Venus Factor is can you do it on a busy schedule?

A few years a ago I was working full time and tried to do one of these home workout programs that lasted around 60-90 minutes per day.

The problem is that I just couldn’t do it on a busy schedule.

The reason being is because it was so intense and took up so much time that I could never find the time to do the workouts or finish them when I did do them.

On top of that they were so intense that they left my energy levels depleted all day after that.

There are many workout systems that are just too intense for you to do on a busy schedule but the Venus Factor is NOT one of them.

Even though I’m working full time I have found that I can follow the system to the full.

You don’t workout every day, although you can if you wish and the workouts only last around 25 minutes so they’re easy to fit in even if you’re busy.

On top of that the program is not so intense that it takes over your life. You actually feel more awake and alert after the workouts so they don’t leave you with no energy for the rest of the day.

I do my workouts in the morning because I like to do them on an empty stomach for maximum fat burn and also to get them out of the way early.

I also think that the meal plans are easy enough to follow and you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen every day preparing food which is something that takes up a lot of time with other programs.

Another good thing is that most of the workouts focus on body weight exercise like pushups so you don’t need a gym membership.

I prefer to workout from home and you can save a lot of time every day working out at home by not having to travel to the gym. This is a big benefit if you have a busy schedule.

Another way that you can save time is to prepare your meals in advance. As I work full time this is something that I do now.

If it’s something that will stay fresh in the fridge for a while then I will prepare my meals on a Sunday and then put them in containers ready to eat.

This way I can do most of my cooking at one time and get it out of the way.

So overall if you are someone who is busy, works full time or has to travel around then yes you can definitely make the Venus Factor work for you.
