In my opinion one of the best things about Eat Stop Eat is that it’s very good at helping you to lose weight. Everyone who has tried intermittent fasting knows that it works.
But not everybody knows that intermittent fasting is also a great way to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy weight.
Initially I started doing intermittent fasting that I learned from Eat Stop Eat to lose weight but when I lost a lot of weight and realized I didn’t want to lose anymore I found out that I could also use intermittent fasting as a way to maintain my weight and not get fat again.
If you’ve ever lost weight following some sort of program then you’ll know how easy it is to put that weight back on again at the end.
Most programs don’t really explain how to keep the weight off for good.
If you really think about it it’s good for these weight loss program makers if you get fat again so you buy more weight loss products, being that the weight loss market is huge.
But with intermittent fasting instead of fasting 2-3 times per week, you can cut down to 1-2 times per week and that will create a calorie deficit enough for you to maintain your weight but not lose much.
By doing this you can stay slim and keep the weight off.
Theoretically you can do this for the rest of your life. I actually love fasting now. In fact I’m doing it right now as I write this.
I find that I can get much more done on a fast and it keeps me from getting fat and I only have to do it once a week.
But don’t forget that just because you are fasting that doesn’t mean it’s o.k to eat anything and everything after you finish a fast.
Sometimes when I finish a fast I’m really hungry and it’s tempting to just eat everything in sight but the smart thing to do is to get a meal prepared during your fast for when you finish the fast, here’s some ways to avoid getting hungry.
Since I’ve cut down on the amount of fasting in order to just maintain weight I have found that I my weight has stayed very steady whereas in the past it used to be up and down like a yo yo so I can definitely confirm that the Eat Stop Eat system of intermittent fasting will help you maintain a healthy weight as well as lose it.
