If you’ve read my review then you’ll know that I think Phen375 is a great little fat burner that is almost a must have if you want to make losing weight faster and easier but to get the best results you really need to make sure that your diet is in order.
If your diet isn’t in order then you’ll just be wasting your money with Phen375. Lots of people think they can eat what they want and the fat burner will just burn fat for them.
My recommendation is that while you’re on Phen375 that you try a low carb diet. Because you can’t take Phen375 forever you need to make the most of it while you are on it and in my opinion a low carb diet goes amazingly well with it.
By low carb diet I recommend that you only get around 30% of your calories from carbohydrates.
Most people usually eat around 60-70% carbohydrates which is way too much. A healthy carb range is around 55% but on a low carb diet you should aim for around 30%.
Because carbohydrates are for energy what happens when you lower your carb intake is that your body will need energy and because it won’t be getting enough from your carb intake it will start to burn fat for energy.
I also recommend getting 50% of your calories from protein and the last 20% from fat.
Some good protein sources are;
Some good fat sources are;
- Organic olive oil
- Coconut oil
And of course some good carbohydrate sources are;
- Sweet potatoes
But be careful because it’s easy to go over on your carbs especially on a low carb diet.
I recommend that you sign up to MyFitnessPal.com and start logging your meals. In the settings are you can also tell it what ratio of carbs, protein and fat you want to eat.
On a low carb diet set it to 30% carbs, 50% protein and 20% fat and then try not to go over on those numbers.
Pretty soon you’ll start to get hungry on a low carb diet but this is normal and your body will start to burn fat.
If you combine Phen375 with a low carb diet and try to reduce your calories by 500 per day then you’ll lose weight pretty fast.
