This is what I was thinking after I’d just finished an entire pack of biscuits and cookies and a cheese sandwich.

My PhenQ Results
So I actually lost 48 pounds over the 3 months that I took it. Here’s my PhenQ results..
That works out to 16 pounds per month and I don’t feel like it was that hard.
All I did was exercise for 20-30 minutes per day and take PhenQ which helped me cut out snacking and over eating.
I feel like I could have definitely lost more if I had exercised for longer and reduced my calories a bit more.

What’s It Like Taking PhenQ?
When my package of PhenQ first arrived I was very skeptical and almost didn’t expect it to work but I had to give it a try.
I could feel it’s effects within 10 minutes of taking it.
I’d first start to feel energetic and perked up. I’ve just feel nice and awake.
That energy that it gives you tends to last around 2-3 hours before it tapers off.
The next thing I’ll notice is that my appetite always seems to go away for the next 3-4 hours.
I just wont feel hungry at all and even if I’m presented with food I don’t feel that interested in it.
And when I do eat it’s almost like my stomach feels smaller as I get full up very quick.

So I’ll start with the CONS..
Don’t take it in the evening – One day I decided to take PhenQ at about 10pm because I forgot to take it at lunch.
Well that night I was awake until about 3am because it’s an energy booster and stimulant. Silly mistake by me.
So if you were planning to take PhenQ before your evening workout then that’s probably not a good idea as you’ll be up all night.
I don’t recommend taking it after 6pm if you want to get to sleep!
Headaches – Now and again I got headaches after taking PhenQ. This could be down to not snacking so my blood sugar was lower than normal.
After taking a couple paracetamols I felt fine though. To be honest though I’ve always been prone to headaches so I don’t know if it was actually to do with PhenQ.
After PhenQ? – One thing they don’t tell you is how to keep the weight off after you’ve lost it. I think quite a lot of people will lose weight with it and then gain it back after they stop using it.
Well I actually learned a way to keep the weight off which I’ll share with you below in the how to keep the weight off section.
Now let’s talk about the PROS..
It’s a powerful appetite suppressant – The main reason why I had gotten so overweight is because I sat at my desk all day snacking.
After I started taking PhenQ I was pretty amazed to find that I almost completely stopped snacking.
After taking PhenQ with my breakfast I wouldn’t feel hungry for hours. I wouldn’t even think about food at all.
It’s almost like the part of your brain that tells you you’re hungry and to have a snack just gets switched off.
Then I’d have lunch with PhenQ pill number 2 and wouldn’t feel hungry at all until dinner time.
So immediately after I started taking 2 of these pills a day I stopped snacking completely because I just wasn’t hungry.
This also helped me reduce my calories by a huge amount which is probably a big reason I lost weight.
More energy – Within 10-15 minutes of taking it I find that I really perk up and become more alert and energetic. Being energetic is really not how most people would describe me but after taking this I note a real change in my energy levels for the next couple of hours.
Now that I’ve stopped snacking and have more energy I’ve been getting so much more work done.
And with all the energy that it gives me I’ve been exercising regularly which I’m sure has helped with the weight loss.
I went from doing no exercise to doing around 25 minutes per day. I never had the energy before to do anything so that just shows you how powerful PQ is.
You would also think that I’d be super low on energy from reducing calories but it was actually the opposite.
It burns fat – So the most important pro of them all is that it actually does what it says it’s going to do and that’s burn fat. You can really feel the effects after you take it and I just lost so much weight with it I honestly believe it is a powerful fat burner.
Anyone can use it – I’ve tried these workout programs in the past that were just way to difficult for a normal person to do. I don’t have time to spend hours every day exercising and cooking special meals.

To be honest I think you would lose weight even if you did no exercise just because you eat less and it helps burn fat.

Although PhenQ is powerful on it’s own I want to share with you a way that I’ve been using to get even better results with it.
Now I only do this once or twice per week and I can literally feel the fat falling off when I do this..
I call it the Fat Burn Inferno system.
It’s a really simple system.
Basically you wake up and take a PhenQ pill on an empty stomach. This will give you energy and stop you from feeling hungry until lunch.
Then instead of eating lunch take your second PhenQ of the day and after 30 minutes get your workout clothes on and do 30-60 minutes of exercise.
By exercising like this on an empty stomach your body doesn’t have any food to burn as energy so your body is burning nothing but fat!
With the help of PhenQ you’ll have more than enough energy to exercise and you’ll be burning fat like a machine!
After you’ve exercised and showered I recommend you have a bit of fruit and then have a late lunch and then have your dinner later.
Trust me, you’ll be amazed at how effective this little Fat Burn Inferno routine is.
So do this;
- Wake up and take PQ on an empty stomach.
- Don’t eat anything and then take PQ at around lunch time.
- Then exercise for 30 minutes on an empty stomach.
You’ll burn lots of fat.
And any exercise will do. I have an old exercise bike that I use for this but you could;
- Go for a run
- Go for a swim
- Lift some weights
- Do jumping jacks
- Do pushups
- Shadow box
- Run on the spot
Anything to really get the heart rate up for 30 minutes or more will be effective.
I also recommend eating healthy as much as possible.
My main problem was snacking on junk food which PhenQ helped me stop.
These days I eat;
- Oats and nuts for breakfast with some fruit
- A sandwich and fruit for lunch.
- Fish and vegetables for dinner but I also still eat the dinners that I enjoy such as pasta and pizza now and again.
So eat healthily and give the Fat Burn Inferno routine a try because it is super effective at burning fat.
Note: Only do the Fat Burn Inferno routine once or twice a week, you don’t want to overdo it and burn yourself out.

You may have some questions about PhenQ so as someone who has used it I’m going to do my best now to answer some of the questions I’ve seen and that I think some people may have.
Does it work for men and women? I would say yes. I’ve seen testimonials from both men and women and I myself as a woman have lost weight with it. It’s doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman you can lose weight with it.
How much weight can I lose with it? Well personally I lost around 16 pounds per month on average and I think that I could have lost more if I had exercised for longer than 25 minutes per day and if I had reduced my calories even further. So I would say anywhere between 15-30 pounds per month is possible.
Can I lose weight with PhenQ without exercising? Personally with all the energy that PhenQ gave me I took it as an opportunity to exercise. And without a doubt the more you exercise the faster you will lose weight but I also believe that you will still lose weight if you don’t exercise too.
Simply because it suppresses your appetite forcing you to eat less. When you eat less and stop snacking you will lose weight.
