My PhenQ Results
I actually lost 48 pounds over the 3 months that I took it.
Here's my before and after pics.
That works out to 16 pounds per month and I don't feel like it was that hard.
All I did was exercise for 20-30 minutes per day and take PhenQ which helped me cut out snacking and over eating.
I feel like I could have definitely lost more if I had exercised for longer and reduced my calories a bit more.
In fact I probably have a little bit of weight still left to lose but I'm happy with not being so overweight any more.

What’s It Like Taking PhenQ?
It’s best to take PhenQ with a meal.
The official website recommends taking 1 with breakfast and one with lunch.
When my package of PhenQ first arrived I was very skeptical and almost didn’t expect it to work but I had to give it a try.
When you first take it you’ll probably feel it’s effects within 10 minutes.
First you’ll feel energetic and really perked up.
That energy tends to last around 3-6 hours before it tapers off until lunch time.
The next thing you’ll notice is that you don’t feel hungry at all for the next 3-6 hours.
Even if you see something nice to eat you won’t be interested.
What makes it even better is the consistency.
It seems to work every time you take it.
It’s important to combine PhenQ with a calorie deficit and an exercise program in order to lose weight as fast as possible.
The Main PhenQ Ingredients..
Capsimax Powder – The main ingredient in this powder is called Capsicum.
Interestingly this ingredient does 2 things.
First it helps increase blood flow so your body absorbs the other ingredients in PhenQ faster and secondly it helps to increase your body temperature slightly which helps you burn more calories.

So I’ll start with the CONS..
Don’t take it in the evening – Because it’s an energy booster and contains caffeine you shouldn’t take it later than 2:30 in the afternoon otherwise it’ll keep you up past your bed time.
If you need it in the evenings then feel free to give it a try to see if it keeps you awake. It’s up to you.
Headaches – Now and again I got headaches after taking PhenQ. This could be down to not snacking so my blood sugar was lower than normal.
After taking a couple paracetamols I felt fine though. To be honest though I’ve always been prone to headaches so I don’t know if it was actually to do with PhenQ.
After PhenQ? – One thing they don’t tell you is how to keep the weight off after you’ve lost it. I think quite a lot of people will lose weight with it and then gain it back after they stop using it.
Well I actually learned a way to keep the weight off which I’ll share with you below in the how to keep the weight off section.
Now let’s talk about the PROS..
It’s a powerful appetite suppressant – The main reason that most people end up gaining weight is because of too much snacking which leads to them eating too many calories which causes weight gain.
With the help of PhenQ you will be able to almost completey eliminate snacking so you can be in charge of how much you are eating.

You should only do this once or twice per week and you’ll literally feel the fat burning off when you do this..
I call it the Fat Burn Inferno system.
It’s a really simple system.
Basically you wake up and take a PhenQ pill on an empty stomach.
This will give you energy and stop you from feeling hungry until lunch.
Then instead of eating lunch take your second PhenQ of the day and after 30 minutes get your workout clothes on and do 30-60 minutes of exercise.
By exercising like this on an empty stomach your body doesn’t have any food to burn as energy so your body is burning nothing but fat!
With the help of PhenQ you’ll have more than enough energy to exercise and you’ll be burning fat like a machine!
After you’ve exercised and showered I recommend you have a late lunch and then have your normal dinner later.
Trust me, you’ll be amazed at how effective this little Fat Burn Inferno routine is.
So do this;
- Wake up and take PQ on an empty stomach.

- Then exercise for 30 minutes on an empty stomach.

And any exercise will do. I have an old exercise bike that I use for this but you could;

- Go for a swim
- Lift some weights

I also recommend eating healthy as much as possible.

These days I eat;
- Oats and nuts for breakfast with some fruit
- A sandwich and fruit for lunch.
- Fish and vegetables for dinner but I also still eat the dinners that I enjoy such as pasta and pizza now and again.
So eat healthily and give the Fat Burn Inferno routine a try because it is super effective at burning fat.

Does it work for men and women? Yes! It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman you can use it to lose weight. The ingredients will have the same effect whether you are a man or a woman!
How much weight can I lose with it? From experience and from reading through all of the reviews I would say that 15lbs per month is possible.
Especially if you diet and exercise too.
Can I lose weight with PhenQ without exercising? Without a doubt the more you exercise the faster you will lose weight but I also believe that you will still lose weight if you don’t exercise too.
Just not as much.
Simply because it suppresses your appetite forcing you to eat less. When you eat less and stop snacking you will lose weight.
On top of that it’s a fat burner and will help you burn off an extra 250 calories per day through thermogenic burn.
My advice is to exercise with it but if exercising just isn’t possible for you then I believe you will still lose weight by eating less.
Will it work for me? If you combine it with a calorie deficit and some regular exercise then I have no doubts that you will lose weight.
Will it work for bodybuilders? I would imagine that it’s tough for a bodybuilder trying to cut down their fat percentage. They must get very hungry and when you’re trying to go from 7% body fat to 5% that’s a tough thing to do. What should I eat? Personally I don’t stick to any particular diet.
