This is what I was thinking after I’d just finished an entire pack of biscuits and cookies and a cheese sandwich.

I was supposed to be on a diet.

What Is PhenQ?

My PhenQ Results

So I actually lost 48 pounds over the 3 months that I took it. Here’s my PhenQ results..

That works out to 16 pounds per month and I don’t feel like it was that hard.

All I did was exercise for 20-30 minutes per day and take PhenQ which helped me cut out snacking and over eating.

I feel like I could have definitely lost more if I had exercised for longer and reduced my calories a bit more.

In fact I probably have a little bit of weight still left to lose but I’m happy with not being so overweight any more.

What’s It Like Taking PhenQ?

When my package of PhenQ first arrived I was very skeptical and almost didn’t expect it to work but I had to give it a try.

I could feel it’s effects within 10 minutes of taking it.

I’d first start to feel energetic and perked up. I’ve just feel nice and awake.

That energy that it gives you tends to last around 2-3 hours before it tapers off.

The next thing I’ll notice is that my appetite always seems to go away for the next 3-4 hours.

I just wont feel hungry at all and even if I’m presented with food I don’t feel that interested in it.

And when I do eat it’s almost like my stomach feels smaller as I get full up very quick.

This is very odd because before I started taking PhenQ my stomach was like an endless pit.

What makes it even better is the consistency. Every time I took it I got the same results. It wasn’t like sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t.

It just worked every time.

I even gave some PhenQ to some other people. My Mother, Dad, Sister and my friend Jill and they all reported the same effects so I think it will work for anyone who takes it no matter how much weight they need to lose.

Now let’s talk about the pros and cons.

The PhenQ Pros and Cons

So I’ll start with the CONS..

Don’t take it in the evening – One day I decided to take PhenQ at about 10pm because I forgot to take it at lunch.

Well that night I was awake until about 3am because it’s an energy booster and stimulant. Silly mistake by me.

So if you were planning to take PhenQ before your evening workout then that’s probably not a good idea as you’ll be up all night.

I don’t recommend taking it after 6pm if you want to get to sleep!

Headaches – Now and again I got headaches after taking PhenQ. This could be down to not snacking so my blood sugar was lower than normal.

After taking a couple paracetamols I felt fine though. To be honest though I’ve always been prone to headaches so I don’t know if it was actually to do with PhenQ.

After PhenQ? – One thing they don’t tell you is how to keep the weight off after you’ve lost it. I think quite a lot of people will lose weight with it and then gain it back after they stop using it.

Well I actually learned a way to keep the weight off which I’ll share with you below in the how to keep the weight off section.

Now let’s talk about the PROS..

It’s a powerful appetite suppressant – The main reason why I had gotten so overweight is because I sat at my desk all day snacking.

After I started taking PhenQ I was pretty amazed to find that I almost completely stopped snacking.

After taking PhenQ with my breakfast I wouldn’t feel hungry for hours. I wouldn’t even think about food at all.

It’s almost like the part of your brain that tells you you’re hungry and to have a snack just gets switched off.

Then I’d have lunch with PhenQ pill number 2 and wouldn’t feel hungry at all until dinner time.

So immediately after I started taking 2 of these pills a day I stopped snacking completely because I just wasn’t hungry.

This also helped me reduce my calories by a huge amount which is probably a big reason I lost weight.

More energy – Within 10-15 minutes of taking it I find that I really perk up and become more alert and energetic. Being energetic is really not how most people would describe me but after taking this I note a real change in my energy levels for the next couple of hours.

Now that I’ve stopped snacking and have more energy I’ve been getting so much more work done.

And with all the energy that it gives me I’ve been exercising regularly which I’m sure has helped with the weight loss.

I went from doing no exercise to doing around 25 minutes per day. I never had the energy before to do anything so that just shows you how powerful PQ is.

You would also think that I’d be super low on energy from reducing calories but it was actually the opposite.

It burns fat – So the most important pro of them all is that it actually does what it says it’s going to do and that’s burn fat. You can really feel the effects after you take it and I just lost so much weight with it I honestly believe it is a powerful fat burner.

Anyone can use it – I’ve tried these workout programs in the past that were just way to difficult for a normal person to do. I don’t have time to spend hours every day exercising and cooking special meals.

I like that all you need to do with PhenQ is take it in the morning and at lunch and it will suppress your appetite and give you energy. With this energy you can then do some exercise.

To be honest I think you would lose weight even if you did no exercise just because you eat less and it helps burn fat.

It really works – But overall I think the main reason that I like it is because it works. I’ve tried all kinds of ways to lose weight before with no real success but I started to lose weight very fast after taking PhenQ.

Although PhenQ is powerful on it’s own I want to share with you a way that I’ve been using to get even better results with it.

Now I only do this once or twice per week and I can literally feel the fat falling off when I do this..

I call it the Fat Burn Inferno system.

It’s a really simple system.

Basically you wake up and take a PhenQ pill on an empty stomach. This will give you energy and stop you from feeling hungry until lunch.

Then instead of eating lunch take your second PhenQ of the day and after 30 minutes get your workout clothes on and do 30-60 minutes of exercise.

By exercising like this on an empty stomach your body doesn’t have any food to burn as energy so your body is burning nothing but fat!

With the help of PhenQ you’ll have more than enough energy to exercise and you’ll be burning fat like a machine!

After you’ve exercised and showered I recommend you have a bit of fruit and then have a late lunch and then have your dinner later.

Trust me, you’ll be amazed at how effective this little Fat Burn Inferno routine is.

So do this;

  • Wake up and take PQ on an empty stomach.
  • Don’t eat anything and then take PQ at around lunch time.
  • Then exercise for 30 minutes on an empty stomach.

And any exercise will do. I have an old exercise bike that I use for this but you could;

  • Go for a run
  • Go for a swim
  • Lift some weights
  • Do jumping jacks
  • Do pushups
  • Shadow box
  • Run on the spot

Anything to really get the heart rate up for 30 minutes or more will be effective.

I also recommend eating healthy as much as possible.

My main problem was snacking on junk food which PhenQ helped me stop.

These days I eat;

  • Oats and nuts for breakfast with some fruit
  • A sandwich and fruit for lunch.
  • Fish and vegetables for dinner but I also still eat the dinners that I enjoy such as pasta and pizza now and again.

So eat healthily and give the Fat Burn Inferno routine a try because it is super effective at burning fat.

Note: Only do the Fat Burn Inferno routine once or twice a week, you don’t want to overdo it and burn yourself out.

You may have some questions about PhenQ so as someone who has used it I’m going to do my best now to answer some of the questions I’ve seen and that I think some people may have.

Does it work for men and women? I would say yes. I’ve seen testimonials from both men and women and I myself as a woman have lost weight with it. It’s doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman you can lose weight with it.

How much weight can I lose with it? Well personally I lost around 16 pounds per month on average and I think that I could have lost more if I had exercised for longer than 25 minutes per day and if I had reduced my calories even further. So I would say anywhere between 15-30 pounds per month is possible.

Can I lose weight with PhenQ without exercising? Personally with all the energy that PhenQ gave me I took it as an opportunity to exercise. And without a doubt the more you exercise the faster you will lose weight but I also believe that you will still lose weight if you don’t exercise too.

Simply because it suppresses your appetite forcing you to eat less. When you eat less and stop snacking you will lose weight.

On top of that it’s a fat burner and will help you burn off an extra 250 calories per day through thermogenic burn so yeah. My advice is to exercise with it but if exercising just isn’t possible for you then I believe you will still lose weight.

Will it work for me? Everyone I have given PhenQ to has reported the same energy boosting and appetite suppressing effects. I’m such a fan and believer now that I know it works I think it will work for anyone. So yeah, it will work for you too.

Will it work for bodybuilders? I would imagine that it’s tough for a bodybuilder trying to cut down their fat percentage. Should You Buy PhenQ Or Not?

Only if you are serious about losing weight.

So many of us buy pills and workout plans and then never use them or when it actually comes down to it we would rather just eat some cake than lose weight.

Whether I take 1 or 2 PhenQ depends on how I’m feeling basically.

If I feel like I’ve got plenty of energy already then I’ll just take 1.

If I feel a bit tired from not eating then I’ll take 2 to perk me up more.

Hi I’m in my mid 30’s and really looking for something to boost me up. I was reading this and was thinking of giving it a try. You mentioned having a pill as soon as you wake up and not eat anything so your saying don’t have breakfast, is that really a healthy choice to skip breakfast just because the pill takes away your hunger? I see the results and I think they are great. I too would like to lose about 40 pounds.

Hi Mariana, skipping breakfast like this is known as intermittent fasting and it’s perfectly safe.

I only did it a couple of times per week anyway so the other days I still ate breakfast but it’s usually smaller because of feeling less hungry.

I recommend you give it a go but honestly if you don’t feel comfortable doing this then you can definitely still lose weight.

I just found it a good way to get results faster!

Hey Emily, I purchased PhenQ and this is my 2nd day. I definitely feel focused. But, I am not sure I am eating enough or if it’s the caffeine because I feel a little jittery. IS it normal to balance out? Can you speak to that? So here is my typical breakfast (1 serving of plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, and almonds and banana and of course water) Lunch- Salad and a protein like chicken and dinner it has been light perhaps some fruit of veggies.

Hi TD, thanks for stopping by. I believe PhenQ is very safe and you can definitely lose 100lbs.

PhenQ isn’t a miracle pill but it helps speed things up and makes losing weight a lot easier.

So yeah, you can do it. Just make sure to start eating healthy and start doing some exercise. You don’t have to workout like a maniac for exercise to be effective either.

Personally I think morning exercise on an empty stomach is the most effective exercise to help burn fat. So a 20 minute jog or something when you wake up can do wonders.

And remember to cut out junk food and eat lots of fruit, fish and veg.

None the less it’s great to see you’ve decided to lose some weight!

PhenQ really helped me and I would say that the best way to lose weight is to;

1: Stop eating junk food and eat only healthy fruit, veg and lean proteins like fish, turkey and chicken.

2: Eat less. Create an account on MyFitnessPal.com and start logging what you’re eating. The cool thing about this site is that you can enter in some of your details and tell it how much weight you want to lose and it create a calorie deficit for you and tell you how many calories you need to eat every day to lose weight. This usually means eating 500-1,000 calories less per day than you actually need.

3: Start exercising every day. Even if it’s just for 20 minutes. As I said in a comment above I think the most effective exercise is on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. However if this isn’t possible then just make sure you exercise at some point during the day whenever you can.

4: And lastly I think PhenQ really helps bring all this together. Not only is it a fat burner but it’s also an appetite suppressant and energy booster which just makes exercise and dieting easier and the process of losing weight much faster!

Hey emily! I’ve been on a diet for two months and lost 10 pounds but now i’m stuck and i dont have the willpower to eat less anymore, i end up eating some snacks because of being so hungry for hours. I exercise a lot, i swim 2 kms a day and do a lot of cardio. I take 500 cals a day and try to burn them all. When i eat more(like lately) i force myself to do some other exercise which makes me really exhausted and frustrated. I ordered a bottle of phenq. Do you think that it would break my plato and help me lose weight again? Height: 160 cms weight: 49 kgs. BMI: 19.1

Hi Irmak, thanks for stopping by!

First of all congrats on losing 10 pounds.

Second, I think you need a bit of a break as it sounds like you may be burning yourself out from all that exercise.

Maybe instead of exercising so much, eat a bit less so you don’t have to exercise as much.

Hopefully then you wont feel so exhausted all the time, because that ain’t fun!

Try taking a week off and only do some light exercise every day such as walking and eat to maintenance.

Trust me after that week you’ll feel much better and ready to workout again.

Professional athletes always have recovery weeks to let their bodies repair.

But anyway looking at you BMI it is in the healthy range so I’m guessing you don’t have that much weight to lose.

I would say that PhenQ will definitely help you reach your goals and get past that plateau just try and slow down a bit. Good luck! 🙂

Hi BNR, I would definitely hold off from surgery because you can lose weight without it.

You can definitely lose 100 pounds with PhenQ but it will just take a bit of time. But it will be much more rewarding than surgery.

Hi Emily,

I’ve always been really skeptical about these weight loss things. Does it really work? Did you have friends try it and where did you get the picture examples from? Are those actually people who have tried phenol? I know these sound like questions you answered in your post but like I said I’m very skeptical about these things. I’m 165 lbs looking to lose about 30 lbs in a few short months and I exercise daily (~30-60 mins). Thanks!

I completely understand your skepticism as I was in the same position as you before I purchased.

The pics at the top are my own and the other pics are ones that I have found on the PhenQ website and by searching for other peoples reviews.

Seeing as you already exercise for 30-60 minutes per day it sounds like you’re already on the right path. I think PhenQ will definitely help you lose those 30lbs.

I’m sure you already know that to lose weight you need to exercise and eat less so I’m sure that you’ll get there!

If you’re eating right and burning off 700 calories per workout then I would say it’s definitely possible for you to lose 35 pounds pretty quickly.

I’d say somewhere between 6-12 weeks is very possible. Just watch your calories and good luck!

Hello Faith, greeting from England. I am not 70 yet but I am in my late 60’s 68 to be exact and I purchased one bottle and am half way through it.

Exercise is difficult for me as I have back issues but I have found that my energy levels are up since taking this and I have been doing a lot more walking.

I’ve also been snacking less on biscuits and I have definitely lost a little weight.

Hi Ant, on average I lost about 3 pounds per week. 14 pounds in a stone.

So I would say around 6-12 weeks. Sooner if you do more exercise and eat a bit less.

And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with some beers and takeaway now and again just as long as it’s not too often.
