Hi there, in this post I am going to be answering some questions I have seen being asked about the 3 Week Diet program.
This is a very popular weight loss program that lasts for 21 days or 3 weeks and if you’re interested in buying it then this post should be useful to you.

So what is the 3 Week Diet?
Basically the 3WD is an exercise and diet program that only lasts for 21 days. It is split up into several different sections where you go through different diets that range from low carbs to high fat.
The 3 Week Diet also incorporates intermittent fasting which as you may know the SkinnyExpress is a big fan of.
Along with the dieting the 3WD program also comes with a workout program which leads me onto my next frequently asked question.
What is the 3 Week Diet workout program all about?
The workouts in the 3WD all focus on resistance training which means you’ll be using dumbbells and your body weight to workout.
Resistance training is proven to burn more calories than workouts such as running on a treadmill, or traditional cardio stuff.
This is because when you do resistance training your body uses up the glycogen that is stored in your muscles much faster so the body starts to burn fat quicker.
On top of that resistance training forces the body to burn calories even after you have finished exercising as the body has more recovery to do.
A 30 minute resistance training workout like you’ll do in the 3 Week diet is more effective than running on a treadmill for an entire hour!
What should you do after completing the 3 Week Diet?
This depends. If you have more weight to lose then start over again! The 3WD burns fat fast but it may take a few times doing the 3 Week Diet to meet your goals if you have a lot of weight to lose.
If you have met your goals then congratulations! You’ll find that the 3WD also talks about maintaining a healthy weight after you’ve lost it.
Can the 3 Week Diet help you if you don’t have a lot of weight to lose?
Definitely. I have a friend who has just gone through the 3WD and he only had a few pounds to lose. Not only did he lose those 5 pounds but after just 21 days he looked toned and fantastic and very healthy.
So yes even if you don’t have much weight to lose you’ll see amazing results.
How can I get the best results possible from the 3 Week Diet program?
If I have one criticism of the 3WD is that I felt I could have done more exercise to lose more weight. The 3WD program recommends exercising every other day to lose weight but I think it would be great to exercise every day.
This is something that you can easily do. Instead of exercising every just exercise every day instead!
Apart from that even though I know quite a bit about exercise and nutrition I found that the 3 Week Diet program is excellent and if you follow it you will lose weight.
Brian, the creator of 3WD really knows his stuff and he’s created the best system I’ve found to lose weight fast.
Is the 3 Week Diet easy to complete?
Well it’s only 21 days which really isn’t that long. Also the workouts only last 25 minutes. They’re intense but doable by everyone even if you’re very overweight.
The first thing you should know is that yes YOU can do the 3 Week Diet. Just believe that you can.
Having said that, there will be times of struggle in those 21 days but you need to stay strong and stick to the program.
The 3 Week Diet also comes with a motivational section that I found amazing at helping me to stop eating junk food and stick to the program.
So no, the 3WD isn’t exactly easy but you will be able to do it.
