First of all you need to reduce the amount of calories that you eat if you want to lose weight.

If you are trying to lose weight then you should eat 500-1000 calories less than you actually need.

In order to lose weight you usually need to eat 500-1,000 calories less than you need to maintain your weight. This is called a calorie deficit.
So you’ll be eating less but the Phen375 will help with the hunger.
The next thing you should do if you want to lose weight is try a low carbohydrate and high protein diet for a while.
Carbs are for energy and when your body usually needs energy it uses up it’s glucose stores that it gets from carbohydrates.
By lowering the amount of carbs you eat your body will be low on energy and will need to look for energy somewhere else. This next source of energy will be your fat stores.
So by lowering your calories and carb intake your body starts to burn fat for energy causing you to lose weight.

- Eggs (The yolk is high in fat, don’t forget.)
- Beans (My favorite are red kidney beans.)
Some good sources of carbohydrates are fruits and vegetables.
Sometimes when I’m on a low carb/high protein diet I get tired of eating the foods above just to get to 50% protein so I’ll supplement with a protein powder.
Just one scoop will contain 30gs of protein which is more than a whole can of Tuna and it works out cheaper too but it’s important to eat real food as much as possible and not processed.
As you would expect, this sort of diet is quite extreme and because your carb levels will be low so will your energy levels. I don’t recommend doing a low carb diet like this for longer than 6 weeks.
You can lose a lot of weight with this type of diet in just 6 weeks.
After you have done a low carb diet and lost weight a healthy macro ratio you can live by would be;
- 55% carbs
- 25% protein
- 20% fat
